• Workplace: 43R Ho Van Hue, Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Former address: 43R Ho Van Hue, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City)

Job description

• Assist site engineers in monitoring work progress, learning construction workflows, and understanding quality management processes on site.
• Gain exposure to and assist with interpreting construction drawings and performing basic material quantity take-offs under managerial guidance.
• Support the preparation, organization, and archiving of technical documentation, inspection/acceptance records, drawings, and site logs.
• Participate in supporting other administrative and technical tasks at the project office or construction site as assigned.

Job requirements

• 3rd-year, final-year students, or fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Highway/Bridge Construction, Infrastructure Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and office software (Word, Excel).
• Hardworking, eager to learn, proactive, and responsible toward assigned tasks.
• Agile, open-minded, adaptable, and fits well into a practical working environment.
• Able to work at the office/site for a minimum of 4–5 sessions per week (or full-time).
