Job description
- Receive, gather, and clarify business requirements from clients, end-users, and relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Develop and update business documentation such as PRDs, Business Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, workflows, and functional specification documents.
- Specify requirements for user interfaces (UI screens), data fields, validation rules, and system processing logic.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project scope, backlogs, and requirement prioritization.
- Communicate and explain requirements clearly to the development team, QA/testers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the development process to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements.
- Perform internal business testing before handing over the system to clients or end-users for testing.
- Prepare test scenarios, sample datasets, and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
- Receive, analyze, and categorize system bug reports, change requests, or additional feature requests.
- Assist in creating user manuals, conducting training, and supporting system deployment when needed.
- Update, manage, and hand over complete business documentation according to project guidelines.
- Execute other related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
Job requirements
- Minimum 01–02 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent position.
- Prior experience in ERP, CRM, TMS, DMS, enterprise management, sales, or distribution projects is preferred; experience in reviewing and refining documentation for existing systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in UAT support, end-user training, or system deployment is preferred.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile/Scrum); ability to work with Web, Mobile, and API systems.
- Strong capability in requirement gathering, analysis, business modeling, and creating workflows, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
- Proficient in writing clear, logical, and easy-to-understand documentation (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and functional specifications).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience working directly with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements, track work progress, and coordinate effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and a high sense of responsibility.
