Job description
- Coordinate, lead, and take full responsibility for the overall operations of the Project Management Board before the Board of Directors.
- Develop and control detailed plans regarding schedule, manpower, and budget for each project; assign tasks and motivate the engineering team to achieve common goals and optimize internal workflows.
- Study drawings, propose technical solutions, and formulate detailed construction methods for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Lighting systems.
- Proactively source, develop, and manage construction teams and subcontractors; control initial conditions and provide technical guidance for the construction workforce.
- Directly supervise and inspect construction quality on site, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Direct the preparation of inspection, acceptance, and as-built dossiers; oversee handovers and defend final account dossiers with Investors to maximize recovery value.
- Strictly control Variation Orders (VO), evaluate payment quantities for subcontractors/construction teams, and make prompt managerial decisions aligned with financial and schedule targets.
- Organize the operational structure and processes for receiving and handling maintenance/warranty services professionally and promptly to maintain company reputation.
- Work directly with Investors, Supervision Consultants, and international partners to resolve obstacles; collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Bidding, Accounting…) to ensure seamless project execution.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in MEP construction and project management (Preference for candidates who have served as Construction Manager / Deputy Manager or Site Manager on large-scale, high-end projects).
- Deep understanding of MEP technical standards, construction legal procedures, inspection, acceptance, as-built documentation, and project final accounts.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, propose construction methods, perform quantity take-offs, and effectively manage Variation Orders (VO).
- Proven capability in project financial management, planning, personnel coordination, and building a network of subcontractors and construction teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and direct working skills with Investors, Supervision Consultants, and international partners.
- Flexible, decisive, disciplined leadership mindset with the ability to work under high pressure.
