• Position: Quantity Surveyor & Tendering Engineer (QS)
• Workplace: 43R Ho Van Hue, Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Former address: 43R Ho Van Hue, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City)

Job description

• Perform detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs from project design drawings.
• Prepare and manage cost estimation unit prices; analyze expenses for materials, labor, machinery shifts, and contingency funds.
• Draft and finalize Technical Proposals and Financial/Commercial Proposals in compliance with Bidding Documents (RFP/ITB) and Bidding Law.
• Compile lists of legal documentation, corporate capability/experience profiles, key personnel, and machinery/equipment for each tender package.
• Work directly with manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors to obtain competitive quotations for projects.

Job requirements

• Minimum 02 years of experience as a Tendering Engineer (QS), Cost Estimator, or in an equivalent position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Electrical/ELV Engineering, Project Management, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Proficient in specialized cost estimation software and advanced Excel skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Bidding Law and Construction Law; highly experienced in submitting tender dossiers via the National E-Procurement System (Muasamcong).
