Job description

• Support the Chief Accountant in monitoring accounting operations, completing data entry, and reconciling financial statements.
• Prepare payment dossiers for projects, track contracts, and handle procedures related to banking, contracts, and project payment settlement.
• Handle project procurement tasks, process purchase payments, and manage inventory/warehouse.
• Support administrative office tasks and internal documentation.
• Track project implementation and serve as the project secretary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in related work.
• Accounting knowledge and expertise.
• Negotiation and purchasing experience is an advantage.
• Quick, proactive, and enthusiastic at work.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in office software.
