On the morning of 01/08/2023, the NLT Group project management team – the implementation unit of the TMS transportation management software for nPL – conducted system acceptance and handover of the software system before officially putting it into operation. The working session was successfully completed and was of great significance, while also creating a foundation for long term cooperation between the two organizations in the future.
Attending the ceremony, on the nPL side there was the presence of Mr. Nguyen Binh Giang – Chairman of the Board of Directors of nPL Company and Board Member of Kim Tin Group, Mr. Nguyen Hung Vuong – Director, Mr. Trinh Tien Dung – Deputy Director, Dispatching Department Head, Mr. Trieu Van Thai – Head of Business Department; Mr. Vo Phuoc Hiep – Technical Department of Kim Tin Group. On the NLT Group side, there was the presence of Mr. Truong Hong Binh – Chief Technology Officer CTO; Mr. Vo Lam Dai Nhat; Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung in the project implementation team.
Go live is an important milestone of the project, marking the confirmation of the official operation date of the system. From the go live date, all relevant departments will apply only this new system. Accordingly, the TMS transportation management software is an optimal and effective solution to simplify the delivery process. TMS enables shippers to automate their existing processes and obtain valuable detailed information to save time and reduce spending on future shipments.
Upgrading the management system with advanced data applications in the context of the rise of new transportation trends in the highly potential digital economy is expected to provide positive support in synchronizing logistics infrastructure, maintaining smooth connectivity between supply chain management stages at a global scope for many socio economic sectors in the region.
The transportation management software developed by NLT Group in collaboration with nPL aims to provide an effective solution for managing and monitoring transport operations. At the ceremony, delegates heard the project management board report on the project implementation process and deployment work, report the testing procedure, as well as explain the system components, functions, and how to use the system. Sharing about the software development process, NLT Group representative Mr. Truong Hong Binh clearly stated the difficulties and challenges to complete the project. Despite facing difficulties, the entire project team of NLT Group and nPL always made efforts and supported each other so that the project implemented the items well, ensuring the project put into actual operation effectively.
NLT Group and nPL have had a long term strategic cooperation relationship. The two sides have cooperated closely in many professional exchange activities, technology transfer, as well as service development for information provision in the logistics field. The completion of the handover and operation of the TMS transportation management software marks a new development step in the cooperative relationship between the two parties.
