• Position: Technical Lead cum Senior Software Developer

Job description

• Receive, review, and assess the current state of system architecture, source code, databases, and infrastructure.
• Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions suitable for project scope, timelines, and resources.
• Design, standardize, and maintain the overall system architecture.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and define implementation strategies.
• Analyze, estimate, and distribute technical tasks to development team members.
• Directly participate in developing core, critical, or high-complexity functionalities.
• Provide technical guidance, support issue resolution, and conduct code reviews for the development team.
• Establish and enforce standards for coding conventions, source code management, branching, merging, and release processes.
• Ensure seamless synchronization across Backend, Web, Mobile, databases, and third-party integrated systems.
• Partner with QA/Testing teams to analyze bugs, identify root causes, and provide resolution strategies.
• Support the troubleshooting of technical errors and incidents arising in Staging, UAT, and Production environments.
• Co-manage Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Support version deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, backup, and rollback procedures when necessary.
• Evaluate technical risks and report them promptly to the Project Manager.
• Build, update, and hand over comprehensive system technical documentation.
• Execute other related technical tasks as assigned by management.

Job requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of software development experience, including at least 01 year as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Developer leading technical execution.
• Preferred candidates with experience in ERP, CRM, TMS, DMS, sales, or enterprise management systems; experience in maintaining, upgrading, refactoring legacy codebases, integrating with SAP/3rd-party systems, and handling Production incidents.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, backend development, database design, and designing unified APIs for Web and Mobile platforms.
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), application security, performance optimization, data processing, and system operations.
• Ability to translate business documents into technical solutions, conduct code reviews, establish technical standards, and manage source code using Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Linux, logging, and deployment processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong skills in planning, estimating, coordinating work, and effectively guiding PMs, BAs, QAs, and Developers.
• Systemic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
