We are currently seeking an HSE Supervision Engineer who is ready to be at the frontline of project sites, directly controlling risks, maintaining safety discipline, and ensuring projects operate in full compliance with standards.

Job information

Position: HSE Supervision Engineer
Work Location: Northern Vietnam, Central Vietnam, Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Mekong Delta

Job description

• Implement and supervise occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at construction sites in accordance with NLT Group regulations and applicable laws.
• Organize and conduct safety training and guidance for workers and subcontractors before and during construction.
• Inspect construction sites, remind and handle violations related to occupational safety.
• Prepare periodic HSE reports and coordinate the handling of safety incidents (if any).
• Participate in developing and updating HSE procedures for projects.

Job requirements

• College or University degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
• Experience working in HSE roles at construction sites is an advantage.
• Good understanding of legal regulations and standards related to safety and environmental management.
• Professional, decisive, and highly responsible working attitude.
• Willing to work on-site and travel for projects when required.
