Job information
Work area: Northern region, Central region, Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta (priority given to candidates who can travel frequently)
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and total investment budgets for lighting, smart traffic, MEP, infrastructure, and construction projects based on design documents.
- Calculate quantities, apply norms – unit prices, and update material, labor, and construction equipment prices appropriate to each region.
- Prepare bidding invitation documents and bidding documents in terms of pricing; analyze the financial effectiveness of each technical option.
- Review, compare, and adjust cost estimates according to investor requirements or when design changes occur.
- Coordinate with QS and the contract department during negotiation, signing, and payment – final settlement processes.
Job requirements
- Graduated from university majoring in Construction Economics, Construction, Technical Infrastructure, MEP, or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in cost estimation at construction/MEP/infrastructure companies.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (G8, Delta, Acitt…); good command of Excel and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of the current system of construction norms and unit prices; quick updates on new legal documents.
- Careful, honest, with strong data analysis skills and good cost-oriented thinking.
