Inspired by the beauty of coral reefs in the ocean, the musical fountain designed by NLT reflects a wellness-focused lifestyle while still carrying a strong urban pulse, shaping a live–work–play–relax space within just a few steps – the essence of an ideal lifestyle.
The system uses straight-stream nozzles with flexible joints for fine-tuning spray directions. This is a widely used and highly versatile artistic fountain nozzle commonly applied in many fountain projects. When combined, they can create a wide variety of impressive water effects. A standout feature of the musical fountain square is the linear chasing spray effect by nozzle clusters.
The Phan Thiet musical fountain project uses ring-type underwater LED lights with a center hole, 36W/24VDC. Color control is unlimited under the DMX standard. Each fixture is integrated with a driver that receives and transmits control signals, allowing lighting effects to be controlled independently for each light.

Construction and installation process of the Phan Thiet underground musical fountain
NLT Group worked at high speed and closely coordinated with the investor throughout the design and construction process of the musical fountain area, which is considered a “magnet” attracting tourists and residents, completing the work within just 1.5 months.
Manufacturing and assembling musical fountain equipment at the factory
To make on-site installation more efficient, NLT Group completed preparation and pre-assembly of all materials and equipment at its factory, including:
- Wiring and configuring the musical fountain control cabinet with all internal control devices such as circuit breakers, switchgear, power converters, inverters and musical fountain control channels.
- Welding and assembling stainless steel pipe frames in sections that are fully assembled later at the site.
- Manufacturing NLT-branded underwater lights and fountain nozzles. We directly produce and assemble these proprietary products at our in-house manufacturing facility.

Transporting and installing the system
After transporting the equipment to the site, the installation of the system begins. With the matrix-style underground musical fountain layout, there is no need to construct a traditional underground reservoir; instead, we build recessed channels to house the pipes.
Stainless steel pipelines and submersible pumps are placed beneath these channels. The next step is to install the fountain nozzles and underground LED lights, then complete the surface by placing pre-fabricated deck panels with holes reserved for the lights.
Once installation is complete, we connect the entire system to the control cabinet and musical fountain software, then proceed to test runs to calibrate water effects and program choreography scenarios.
