The main communication channels currently include newspapers, radio, television, and messaging, while local broadcasting through loudspeakers and public address systems remains important, especially in remote and rural areas.
However, most local broadcasting systems today have not yet applied much information technology. They still rely mainly on wired broadcasting systems, while some localities deploy wireless FM-based systems that present limitations such as difficult installation, high setup and maintenance costs, and signal obstruction in mountainous areas.
We develop the 4.0 smart broadcasting system that resolves the limitations of traditional loudspeakers by applying advanced technology and digitizing broadcasting operations. This enhances the effectiveness of management, administration, and communication for the Government and supports the goal of building smart cities and smart urban areas in the information sector.

Our smart broadcasting system fully overcomes the shortcomings of traditional broadcasting methods:

- A complete and user-friendly system that allows managers to actively operate the entire system via 3G/4G internet anywhere, anytime through Website and Mobile App.
- Features include reporting the number of broadcasts by category and timeframe, monitoring the operational status of each loudspeaker cluster, and sending statistical reports to the management system.

Structure of the smart broadcasting system

Smart loudspeakers that meet ISO 9001:2015 standards with advanced broadcasting performance across a wide audio frequency range.
- Smart speaker controllers operate on an IoT platform and transmit data to the central server. The controllers continuously update data from broadcasting stations and send it to the monitoring center via LAN or 3G/4G.

The server/workstation receives and displays data transmitted from the loudspeaker clusters, providing visual information on the manager’s website and mobile app platforms.
- The smart broadcasting management software system automatically monitors and controls all smart loudspeaker equipment, their status, and operational conditions.
Operating principle of the smart broadcasting system
Our smart broadcasting system is developed on IP technology, a digital transmission method that uses packet switching, where all end devices are addressed via IP.
The transmitting device digitizes the audio information, then divides it into multiple IP packets for delivery to the receiving point via Internet/3G/4G transmission channels, while simultaneously storing the data on the Cloud for long-term use. With IP technology, the transmitted audio quality is superior, fast, and remains true to the original source.
The system also includes a mobile application that enables management and control of the entire broadcasting system anytime, anywhere, eliminating issues such as audio noise, distortion, or interference caused by frequency overlap with other broadcasting devices.
