Job information

Position: Site Project Manager
Work location: Northern Vietnam, Central Vietnam, the Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Mekong Delta.

Job description

• Represent NLT Group in managing all construction activities on site, taking direct responsibility for schedule, quality, safety, and overall project effectiveness.
• Develop the overall construction execution plan; coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet committed timelines with the Client.
• Control construction methods and resolve technical issues arising on site; ensure the project is delivered in line with design documents and technical standards.
• Work closely with the Client, Supervision Consultant, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, on schedule, and with high efficiency.
• Manage cost, quantities, and handover acceptance and payment documentation; control risks throughout the construction period.
• Provide periodic progress reports and propose operational solutions to the Group’s leadership.

Job requirements

• University degree in Construction Engineering, MEP, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including experience as a Site Project Manager or Deputy Site Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction execution, site management, and acceptance and payment procedures.
• Proven team leadership skills, fast problem solving ability, and ability to perform under high schedule pressure.
• Willing to work away from home and travel as required by projects.
