Job information

Position: Project Sales Executive
Work location: Northern Vietnam, Central Vietnam, the Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Mekong Delta.

Job description

  • Identify, approach, and develop project customers: investors, EPC contractors, subcontractors, project management units, and related stakeholders.
  • Consult and propose suitable solutions for each project group within the NLT Group ecosystem (MEP, infrastructure, civil, building materials, renewable energy, technology, etc.).
  • Collect project information, assess needs, develop engagement plans, and closely follow the customer’s decision making timeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, costing, design, delivery) to prepare quotations, solution proposals, and present technical and commercial options.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, follow up contracts, coordinate implementation, and manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Update customer data, deliver weekly and monthly reports, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job requirements

  • College or university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Construction, MEP, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in project based sales is an advantage (candidates with limited experience are welcome if they demonstrate strong potential and willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proactive working mindset.
  • Priority for candidates with relationships and or working experience with investors, EPC contractors, consultants, contractors, industrial parks, and infrastructure projects.
  • Willing to travel and work on site as required by project needs.
