Job description
- Design electrical, ELV, mechanical, and water supply & drainage drawings for projects.
- Prepare construction drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and develop cost estimates.
- Implement MEP system designs for civil and industrial projects.
- Take responsibility for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Proactively participate in construction and installation when required.
- Prepare and allocate work plans.
- Monitor, implement, and inspect material procurement plans in line with construction progress.
- Track and inspect progress, quality, completed quantities, and manage documentation and work reports.
- Control safety and construction quality in accordance with regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.

Candidate requirements
- University degree in a relevant major.
- Strong focus on work efficiency and compliance with deadlines.
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose unique and innovative ideas.
- Hardworking, honest, and professional.
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work under high pressure.
- Willing to respond to customer requirements.
- Available to work overtime and on weekends.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3Ds Max, …
- Knowledge of 2D & 3D design and experience in advertising, event organization, and artistic musical fountain projects is an advantage.
- Ability to use one of the following software: DIALux, Depence, is an advantage.
