Implementing the Digital Transformation Master Plan and the plan to build Phan Rang – Thap Cham City into a smart city for the 2021–2025 period with orientation to 2030, NLT Group has coordinated with the People’s Committee of Phan Rang – Thap Cham City to widely deploy the smart public address system model across the city from 2023 to the present. Over the past period, thanks to this mart public address system information dissemination and socio-economic development in Phan Rang – Thap Cham City have achieved many positive results. The system has contributed to timely dissemination of information from central authorities to local levels, has been well received and regularly followed by residents, and has promoted the collective strength of the people in jointly building the country in the new era.

The smart public address system solution of NLT Group is developed based on Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, AI, GIS, and Cloud, with the goal of solving information delivery challenges between authorities and local communities in a timely and rapid manner regarding policies, natural disasters, emergency situations, and more. This solution fully replaces and overcomes the limitations of previous wired or AM/FM broadcasting solutions, such as high investment and operating costs, the inability to manage each device 24/7, and time-consuming, inconvenient broadcast content preparation. When digitalization is applied at each stage, broadcasting operations become easier and more resource-efficient for management units and broadcasters. With IP technology for transmitting and receiving bulletins, IoT for managing broadcasting devices, AI text-to-speech for converting text into broadcast content, along with many other modern technologies, local authorities can now broadcast information to residents using common devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and PCs anytime and anywhere, no longer passively as before.
