Project overview
The 104 – CT1 Usilk City Tower in the Van Khe New Urban Area, Ha Dong District, Hanoi is one of the key developments invested in and developed by Song Da Thang Long Joint Stock Company. With one 34-storey tower and one 50-storey tower, the project is positioned as a modern architectural landmark, contributing to transforming the urban landscape in the western gateway of the capital.
Scope of work
In this project, we at NLT Group act as the contractor supplying materials and carrying out the installation of the power and low-voltage systems. This is a critical package that ensures safe, stable and smart operation for the entire building.
The power and ELV systems at Usilk City are designed and installed in compliance with national and international technical standards, including:
- Apartment power and ELV systems
- Power and ELV cable tray systems in the corridors
- Electrical service shafts
- Busway system
The project is currently in an active construction phase, with progress tightly monitored to ensure quality and safety in line with our commitments to the investor.
