Job information

Work area: Northern region, Central region, Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta

Job responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project life cycle from initiation, planning, implementation to acceptance, handover, and final settlement.
• Develop detailed implementation plans: schedule, human resources, machinery and equipment, materials… in line with contracts and the specifics of each project.
• Act as the focal point for working with investors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments, promptly handling arising issues.
• Control quality, quantities, occupational safety, legal documentation, and costs within the assigned scope.
• Organize project coordination meetings, prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors, and propose solutions to optimize progress and efficiency.

Job requirements

• Graduated from university majoring in Construction, MEP, Electrical – Electronics, Transportation, Automation, or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in managing construction/infrastructure/MEP projects, with priority given to lighting, smart traffic, and technical building system projects.
• Clear understanding of project management processes, technical standards, and relevant legal regulations.
• Strong planning, organization, supervision, and problem-solving skills; good communication with investors and related parties.
• Proficient in using MS Project/Primavera or equivalent project scheduling management software.
• Willing to work on site according to project requirements.
