Job information

Work area: Northern region, Central region, Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta (priority given to candidates who can travel frequently)

Job responsibilities:

• Receive requirements from investors/Business department and propose system design solutions: lighting, MEP, technical infrastructure, smart traffic…
• Conduct site surveys, collect actual data, calculate capacity, configure equipment, and select appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare basic design drawings, technical – construction design drawings, shop drawings; coordinate with the cost estimation department to prepare preliminary cost estimates/cost estimates.
• Participate in technical explanations and support the bidding department in working sessions with investors and consultants.
• Provide technical support for construction sites during implementation: resolve issues and adjust drawings when necessary.

Job requirements

• Graduated from university with a major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Lighting, MEP, Automation, Construction, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in system design (lighting, MEP, infrastructure, smart traffic…) is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and calculation – simulation software (Dialux, Etab, Revit MEP… depending on specialization).
• Logical thinking, careful, with the ability to present and defend design solutions.
• Priority given to candidates with experience working with Vietnamese and international standards in technical system design.
