On the afternoon of October 30, 2022, NLT Group coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Dong Nai Province to organize the acceptance and commissioning of the project to repair and upgrade the online meeting room serving disaster prevention, control, and search and rescue operations of the Department.
In small-scale online meetings, we often rely on supportive software such as Skype, Zalo, or Zoom. However, the limitation of these solutions lies in scale, as they can only effectively support meetings with a limited number of participants. Therefore, large-scale online meeting solutions are the ideal choice for companies, government administrative agencies, People’s Committees and People’s Councils at district and commune levels, and related authorities.
According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Dong Nai Province, investing in upgrading and repairing the online meeting room is extremely necessary, creating favorable conditions for administrative reform and a modern working environment for civil servants, improving the effectiveness of state management, and meeting the requirements of industrialization, modernization, and international integration. Investment to support disaster prevention and search and rescue aims to organize online briefings at multiple locations in different geographical areas. The online meeting room of the Dong Nai Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Command can connect to the online meeting rooms of the Central Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control and the Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Commands of other provinces and cities, connect to the online meeting rooms of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee and the People’s Committees of districts, Bien Hoa City, Long Khanh City, and other departments and agencies. This creates favorable conditions for leadership direction and administration, even in emergency situations such as floods, storm prevention, political security, social order and safety, natural disasters, and epidemics.
According to Dr. Bui Huu Phu – Chairman of NLT Group, online video conferencing is now developing rapidly and is gradually becoming widespread within state administrative systems.
