On the morning of 03/04/2024, at Vietnam Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), The University of Da Nang, the inauguration ceremony of the experimental lab and new technology research room cooperatively invested by NLT Group took place. The event is an important milestone in the cooperation plan between VKU and NLT Group to enhance reputation and the quality of human resource training based on advanced modern technology solutions and products from NLT Group that are introduced into teaching and practical training through real digital transformation projects.
Attending the event, on the University of Da Nang side there were Assoc Prof Dr Nguyen Manh Toan – Vice Director of UDN, representatives of the leadership of functional departments under UDN; Software Development Center (SDC), UDN; on the NLT Group side there were Dr Bui Huu Phu – Chairman of the Board of Directors of NLT Group, leaders of units under NLT Group and technology enterprises in Da Nang City; on the VKU side there were Assoc Prof Dr Huynh Cong Phap – Rector, Dr Huynh Ngoc Tho – Vice Rector, leaders of departments and faculties along with the participation of a large number of VKU students.

At the ceremony, Dr Huynh Ngoc Tho – Vice Rector of VKU delivered a speech: “The cooperation project to deploy the experimental lab and new technology research room invested by NLT Group is a cooperation model between the university and enterprises with the purpose of implementing specialized training programs to improve hands on skills, an open internship space for VKU students. The opening and putting into use of the experimental and new technology research space is completely consistent with VKUs training orientation on contents such as Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Semiconductor integrated circuit design, IoT embedded systems, Information Security, …”Dr Bui Huu Phu – Chairman of NLT Group also shared that, through investing in the experimental lab and new technology research room, NLT Group hopes that we will accompany VKU in training many young talents, with high quality training, meeting human resource demand for the Central Highlands region in particular and Vietnam in general.
The experimental lab and new technology deployment room located at VKU this time is the third project in NLT Groups series of projects investing high technology rooms worth billions of VND for the national education sector, with key tasks such as training digital transformation knowledge and updating practical knowledge for students, raising digital transformation awareness for officials and civil servants in Da Nang as well as strengthening cooperation in deploying digital transformation projects between NLT Group and VKU, contributing to the successful development of smart city smart urban models.

The modules equipped in the technology products in the lab room all have the ability to process, store data, and be remotely controlled, demonstrating the outstanding characteristics of modern semiconductor microchip technology and scalability in the future. Through the IoT embedded programming technology KIT, sensors can be automatically controlled and connected to each other thanks to integrated technology chips on a single module. This model helps students bring scientific ideas into practice, while also being able to self research and expand the system.With a human centered creative vision, NLT Group links business activities with the goal of contributing to the era defining development of society.
