On the evening of April 27, the People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan Province carried out the operation of the artistic musical fountain system of NLT Group installed at April 16 Park, aiming to bring interesting experiences to residents and visitors during the major holiday of April 30 – May 1. Phan Rang – Thap Cham City is the cultural, political, economic and social center of Ninh Thuan Province. In recent years, Phan Rang – Thap Cham City has been invested in infrastructure development, urban improvement and many projects to serve residents and promote local tourism development.
With the goal of building a prosperous and civilized tourism city, especially within the series of cultural and artistic events celebrating the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of Ninh Thuan Province; the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; and the 138th International Labor Day, Phan Rang – Thap Cham City has strengthened recreational and entertainment activities for residents and visitors by inaugurating a pedestrian street on April 27. Among these, the artistic musical fountain project of NLT Group is also an item included in the pedestrian street development plan. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the pedestrian street, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan Province, stated that the pedestrian street promises to become an attractive destination of Ninh Thuan Province for cultural and artistic activities associated with tourism development, aiming toward the effective implementation of Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on developing Ninh Thuan tourism into a key economic sector.
The pedestrian street area includes streets surrounding April 16 Park of Phan Rang – Thap Cham City, including the roadways and sidewalks of Hoang Dieu, Tran Quang Dieu, April 16 streets and pedestrian paths around the lake inside April 16 Park. And one of the highlights attracting a large number of visitors to the pedestrian street area is the artistic musical fountain project.

The artistic musical fountain project of NLT Group installed at April 16 Park, Phan Rang – Thap Cham City, Ninh Thuan Province has a total investment of more than VND 3.5 billion. This is a modern artistic musical fountain project featuring a fountain system up to 36m long, equipped with a high-pressure pump system to create water columns up to 30m high.
In addition, the project integrates a system of 70 LED lights to create magnificent and brilliant visual and lighting effects. The artistic musical fountain project is also designed with artistic programs by combining images, music and lighting according to different themes.
The combination of water columns moving gracefully to each rhythm of music with a multi-colored LED lighting system creates a highly vivid artistic space. The dynamic, youthful and modern atmosphere at April 16 Park brings excitement and delight to everyone visiting and admiring the artistic musical fountain project.
According to Mr. Le Quang Khoa – Director of the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Phan Rang – Thap Cham City: “The floating musical fountain system is a new form aimed at gradually improving the spiritual life of local residents in Phan Rang – Thap Cham City in particular, as well as the people of Ninh Thuan Province in general. At the same time, this is also an artistic highlight to attract tourists.”
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hieu Kien – a resident of Phan Rang – Thap Cham City – shared: “The artistic musical fountain project is very modern and interesting. It attracts many local residents to come and watch, and tourists who visit also feel that it is a distinctive highlight of the city.

The artistic musical fountain system of NLT Group at April 16 Park was put into operation on April 27 along with the pilot operation of the pedestrian street of Phan Rang – Thap Cham City. Afterward, the artistic musical fountain system is expected to operate on the two weekend days in accordance with the operating schedule of the pedestrian street. Besides promoting tourism activities and economic development of Ninh Thuan Province, the artistic musical fountain project of NLT Group also creates an outdoor cultural and artistic space, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people of Ninh Thuan Province.
