The event will take place from 21/01/2025 to 03/02/2025 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year) at Bien Hung Park, Bien Hoa City.
The main activities include:
21/01/2025: Competitions in wrapping banh chung and banh tet, arranging five-fruit trays, and decorating ancestral altars. In the evening, there will be the opening ceremony, lion, unicorn, and dragon dances, cultural performances, and especially the inauguration of the artistic water music program “Gentle Spring Colors of the Year of the Snake 2025”.
2/01/2025:A street festival recreating scenes of old and modern Bien Hoa along with a ceremonial procession offering traditional cakes in remembrance of ancestors. Cultural and sports activities, together with folk games, will create a lively and joyful festival atmosphere.
The event not only helps preserve and promote traditional cultural values but also provides an opportunity for younger generations to better understand their roots and the meaning of Tet. Activities such as wrapping banh chung, decorating ancestral altars, and sharing stories about traditional Tet legends will revive the beauty of Vietnamese culture in modern life.
A special highlight is the ribbon-cutting ceremony inaugurating the artistic water music program “Gentle Spring Colors of the Year of the Snake 2025”, where music, lighting, and spectacular effects blend together to create a vivid artistic space, attracting thousands of attendees.
