Job information

Work area: Northern region, Central region, Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta

Job responsibilities:

  • Search for, build, and develop a customer network including investors, contractors, and consulting units in the fields of lighting, smart traffic, infrastructure, construction, MEP…
  • Conduct market surveys, collect project information, update local investment trends, and propose appropriate approach strategies for each customer segment.
  • Consult on NLT Group’s comprehensive solutions (equipment – software – services) based on actual needs, coordinate with the technical department to propose configurations, quotations, and proposal dossiers.
  • Participate in customer care throughout the project life cycle: pre-sales – during sales – after-sales, building long-term cooperative relationships.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement seminars, events, and communication activities in the assigned area.

Job requirements

  • Graduated from college/university in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Construction…) or related majors.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B market development, with priority given to candidates who have worked with investors, contractors, and design consultants.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about technical products and technology solutions; ability to read drawings and technical documents is an advantage.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proactive at work and able to withstand sales target pressure.
  • Willing to travel to provinces according to project needs.
