NLT Group conducts high technology training at the DTL room for UTE Da Nang

On 24/06/2023, the training session to educate and operate high technology systems invested by Nam Long Technology Investment Group – NLT Group with a total value of up to 10 billion VND took place at Da Nang University of Technology and Education (UTE). We are very proud that the NLT Group expert team delivered a highly successful training session for faculty members and talented young students of the Electrical – Electronics Department.

Under Decision No. 749/QD-TTg approving the National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with an orientation to 2030, issued by the Prime Minister on 03/6/2020, the viewpoint was emphasized that Digital transformation is first and foremost a transformation in awareness. From the outset, aligned with the nations digital transformation journey in the Industry 4.0 era, NLT Group has been implementing and developing high technology practice laboratories such as IoT, AI, GIS, Cloud in Da Nang in particular and across technical universities nationwide in general. The training session for faculty members and students of UTE Da Nang is an important follow on activity to help individuals and the university as a whole understand how to operate smart technology application systems.

During the training session, a representative of the NLT Group expert delegation stated: “We hope that through this training, individuals and organizations will clearly grasp the operational procedures for systems such as smart traffic systems, smart lighting, smart agriculture, smart environment, smart fire prevention and firefighting, smart infrastructure management, etc. This is not only meaningful in terms of science and technology, but also in education, making a major contribution to the training of high quality human resources in the context of Vietnams rapidly growing and strongly developing digital transformation.”

Sharing the same objectives and vision, Dr. Nguyen Linh Nam – Vice Rector of Da Nang University of Technology and Education (The University of Da Nang) expressed the same viewpoint, with a message and planned actions immediately after the training: “After this training course, I propose that the Electrical – Electronics Faculty organize other courses and develop practical lessons so that students can use modern equipment at the Digital Transformation Practice Training and Research Room. At the same time, organize training, refresher programs, and capacity building in digital transformation for units with demand.”

Facing the countrys challenging problem of human resources when awareness and expertise in digital transformation remain limited. In the program Raising awareness, training and developing digital transformation human resources to 2025, the Ministry of Information and Communications set the target of training 1,000 digital transformation experts across sectors, fields, and localities to serve as the core force for nationwide digital transformation. NLT Group also coordinated with UTE Da Nang to launch the course “Enhancing digital transformation capacity and building a smart city“. We recognize that accompanying the nationwide university system in the digital transformation era is a long term and sustainable path for NLT Group.

NLT is proud to be one of the pioneering and leading organizations in the digital transformation era, contributing value and elevating Vietnam with breakthrough progress in applying Industry 4.0 technology. Especially in deploying digital transformation training rooms for universities. In the coming time, we are planning to deploy the installation of DTL rooms and promote key projects in Da Nang as well as across the Central region.
