NLT Group conducts final testing of the Smart Weigh Station 4.0 project on national highways

At the end of September, 2 out of 4 Smart Weigh Station 4.0 units installed on key national highways in Dong Nai officially came into operation. NLT Group is urgently carrying out final testing for the remaining 2 non-stop weigh stations on the opposite lanes.

The Smart Weigh Station 4.0 project, researched and developed by NLT Group is the first smart dynamic weigh station in Vietnam capable of accurately measuring vehicle loads at speeds of up to 120 km/h.

As one of the first non-stop weigh stations installed in Vietnam, the Smart Weigh Station 4.0 possesses many outstanding advantages:

• Integration of infrared lighting systems and Smart Traffic AI cameras 4.0 operating 24/24 to collect and store information of overloaded vehicles in circulation

• Integration with LED display boards showing vehicle load status in real time, while simultaneously transmitting data to traffic monitoring and management centers for penalty processing using advanced IoT technology

• Accurate measurement of load weight for each vehicle type and determination of overload status using Smart AI technology with extremely low error margins

• Integration of laser scanning systems to intelligently separate vehicles entering and exiting the station, thereby accurately identifying and handling overload violations

• Collection and visualization of all data in real time on website and mobile app platforms, enabling managers to easily monitor and handle situations

• All data is encrypted and securely stored within the system, allowing easy data retrieval for post-violation enforcement
