NLT Group is recruiting SALES EXECUTIVE to work in Ho Chi Minh City for the gas cylinder distribution and retail project in cooperation with PMG. The system is a collaboration between two major investors, Petrol Mien Trung Group (PMG) and NLT Group, jointly implementing the project.

Job description

  • Learn and research the company’s products to introduce, consult, and answer customer inquiries.
  • Search for new customer sources through online and offline channels, build data, and expand relationship development.
  • Comply with the sales process to create new customer segments and maintain relationships with the existing B2B customer list in order to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and strengthen NLT Group’s network and reputation within the smart technology ecosystem.
  • Develop and manage distribution channels effectively, collaborate with distributors to run sales campaigns and ensure achievement of sales KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop communication and business plans to attract and reach more potential customers.
  • Negotiate and discuss with customers on pricing and contracts, proceed with closing deals, and support customers in contract signing and project implementation.
  • Closely coordinate with other departments, leverage resources, and propose mutually beneficial solutions for customers during negotiations.

Job requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in sales
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to commit long-term
  • Open-minded, proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges
  • Graduated from university or college majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, etc
  • Confident communication skills, quick, flexible, and good at handling situations
  • Proficient in office computing; priority given to candidates knowledgeable about the gas market.
