Job information

Work area: Northern region, Central region, Central Highlands, Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta (priority given to candidates who can travel frequently)

Job responsibilities:

• Organize and manage all construction activities at the site: personnel, equipment, materials, and construction methods.
• Implement construction drawings, construction methods, and progress plans for construction teams; assign tasks and control daily results.
• Supervise quality, occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and coordinate internal acceptance as well as acceptance with consultants/investors.
• Act as the focal point for resolving technical issues on site; promptly report and propose optimal solutions to the Board of Directors.
• Manage site documentation: construction logs, acceptance minutes, meeting minutes, as-built documents, and payment – final settlement quantities.
• Closely coordinate with QS, cost estimation, and procurement departments to ensure effective construction costs.

Job requirements

• Graduated from university majoring in Civil & Industrial Construction, Bridge and Road Construction, MEP, Technical Infrastructure, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of construction experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the position of Construction Site Manager or Deputy Site Manager.
• Solid understanding of technical standards, construction codes, and legal knowledge related to construction works.
• Strong team leadership skills, personnel coordination, and ability to work with consultants and investors; able to work under high pressure regarding progress.
• Priority given to candidates holding construction site manager certificates and occupational safety certificates.
